Welcome to Serengeti Women of Vision

The idea of establishing Serengeti Women of Vision, a Non- Governmental Organization (NGO) started in 2010 and it was shared to a group of women.The Organization mainly supports needy women (widows, grandmothers) and orphan children by providing nutritious food, clothing, shelter as well as providing medical assistance to children who suffer from malnutrition.

About us

We support needy women (widows and grandmothers who are living with orphans whose parents died of HIV/AIDS) and children whose cases increase every day. We provide nutritious food, clothing, shelter as well as medical assistance to needy children especially those who suffer from malnutrition.

We are assisting orphans and children whose parents cannot afford to take them to school.

To support needy women especially widows and those who are living with orphans but they have no capacity to rear them and support them to earn elementary education. We also seek to support women achieve self-reliant business.

Education  

Most of the children do not go to school because their families can’t afford pay for all of the school requirements. SWV supports a number of children by providing them school uniforms, sport uniforms, exercise books, text books and pens.

Empowerement  

Serengeti Women of Vision supports women to start Sustainable projects such as Cow, Poultry and garden farming to generate more income that in turn, will help them to provide basic needs for their families as well as schools for their children.

Committed

We are committed in supporting the families at high risks of becoming victims of diseases such as cholera due to inadequate knowledge on importance of toilets in their homes by constructing strong and long-lasting toilets.
